If you are a martial arts school owner who would like to bring a reality based self-defense program to their school, that can run alongside their existing program, then the Krav Maga Yashir Combatives program may meet your requirements/needs. The program is a reduced and condensed Krav Maga syllabus, that uses, striking and disengagement and in the case of fire-arms, disarms, to deal with real-life threats and attacks. The techniques are simple, direct and effective, comprising of one phase solutions that can be taught and learnt easily.
The Level 1 instructor course (24 hours of training, over 3 days), will give you enough techniques and material, to cover about 2 years-worth of training/classes, running classes twice a week. You will also be provided with 3 months worth of lesson plans to help you get started. Over the three days, you will not only learn the techniques you’ll be teaching, but more importantly how to teach them, along with creating your own lesson plans and defining your syllabus. You will be taught methods to create scenarios so that you can create and train situations that your students are likely to come across.
There are 5 levels of instructor, and 10 student levels. The Level 1 Instructor course, allows you to grade the first three levels. If you have the appropriate experience and skills please visit the Krav Maga Yashir main website by clicking here to find out when the next course is and to file an application to attend.
